Summer of 1992

BIG BALLS played their first gig on the "Umsonst und draussen"-festival in Vlotho. This line-up contained Chicken on vocals and Dirk Reinking on guitars.

Winter of 1994

This was the first year BIG BALLS played their annual "christmas"-concert in Minden. Line-up: Chicken - vocals, Dirk Reinking - guitars, Olli Schröder - guitars, Andreas Eickmeier - bass, Jörn Lacour - drums.

1995

After the band tried several guitar players Christian Sender joined in. On drums Hendrik "Otten" Ostrau kept the groove.

1995 - 1997

The following line-up - Chicken - vocals, Dirk Reinking - guitars, Christian Sender - guitars, Andreas Eikmeier - bass, Otten - drums did about 50 successful gigs. The Band released their first CD "In Memory Of Bon Scott - The Hunted Hunts The Hunter". 1997 in Minden was the last gig bassman Andreas played. He was replaced by Matthias "Hafer" Haverkamp.

1998

Otten left the band to become a sound engineer and went to Hamburg. He was replaced by Joerg Klute who made together with "Hafer" the rhythm section complete. Later on Dirk Reinking left the Band. There was a whole bunch of guitarists until "Zappi" joined the band in september.

1999

At the beginning of 1999 Joerg was replaced by Drummer Garrelt Riepelmeier. This line-up ( Chicken - vocals, "Zappi" - guitars, Christian Sender - guitars, "Hafer" - bass, Garrelt Riepelmeier - drums ) recorded in march of 1999 the band's second CD. In Spenge Live and high voltaged was put onto the tape.

1999 - 2001

For nearly two years this line-up remained. From 2000 on the annual "christmas" concert has taken place in the "BÜZ" in Minden. Unfortunately Zappi had to leave the band. Till Kaiser took his place for a few months and in autumn 2001 Peter Koller got BIG BALLS.

2002

BIG BALLS release a new album - unplugged - and write the official fan song for the handball team GWD Minden.
